Choose the Trigger App – Freshdesk. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we have to select ‘Ticket updated’ as the trigger event. Connect to your Freshdesk account from which you want to capture the tickets updated.

Choose the Target App – Cheerio. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we have to select ‘Send Email’ as the target event. Connect your Cheerio account to which you want to pass the updated tickets from Freshdesk.
