Choose the Trigger App – Freshdesk. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Update Ticket ’ as the trigger event. Connect to your Freshdesk account from which you want to capture the updated ticket.

Interakt
Choose the Target App – Interakt. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we have to select ‘ Create/Update User‘ as the target event. Connect to your Interakt account to which you want to pass the updated ticket from Freshdesk.
