Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on next month’s bill.
Unlimited users are available on Harmony and Harmony+ plans.
Yes! When you create a new klamp account, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 14 days trial of the Klamp's premium plan. That is, the Harmony plan. No credit card is required for signing up.
Yes, if there are any charges made by mistake from your side, it will definitely be refunded after the confirmation from both the sides.
You will migrate to annual billing plan from the end of current billing cycle. Eg., if your monthly plan ends on 15th June and you have already made the subscription to annual plan from 10th June, the migration to annual plan will be from 16th of June i.e., after the end of current subscription.

All commonly used card brands are accepted in klamp. We use Stripe’s payment gateway. Please refer this webpage for further information. https://stripe.com/docs/payments/cards/supported-card-brands
We do not take your card details during the registration process and you are free to use the 14 days trial period fully before making the payment. Payments can be made using your card details in the account settings page after you login.
Your klamps will stop functioning and you can do a top-up to the existing subscription plan. The top-up value is not recurring and will close by the end of current billing cycle. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan basis the number of Actions.
